Sept.5th 2018..this issue still not resolve and no one has been out to fix the problem. The "property manager", the 5th or 6th one I've dealt with regarding this matter, came an claims the contractor that stated what the issue was is incorrect, but couldn't tell me what the problem is or where these wasps are getting into my unit from.This management company just collects maintenance fees and does nothing about serious issues. They're absolutely ridiculous! Avoid them at all cost!

I wish there was an option for zero stars! I sent an e-mail to Gail, Jun 20, 2016 10:40 PM, in regards to wasps getting into my unit a contractor came out and identified the issue and reported back, stating that these wasps are coming in through the storm drain. Fast forward to today Aug 2, 2018; I still have the same issue an yet to be resolved. I've contacted this property management time after time without a response, only until I had to search and find the president of the company. I sent him, Michael LePage - president, a lengthy email regarding this matter; I didn't get an acknowledgment, my email was just forwarded back to Gail. 2 Year and 2 months later this issue has yet to be fix, according to Gail, she's "requested date" for a contract to come look at the same thing they looked at years ago. This company has zero regards for people, they take your maintenance fees every month without a problem but God forbid there's and issue they dance around it and avoid it with all cost. The worst part about all of this is I have a bee allergy in which I carry an EpiPen for and I've expressed this several times, I don't know how I would react in the event ever being stung by one of these things; but still that put zero urgency on this matter. 2 years and 2 months later; absolutely ridiculous, the worst!
