This company just provided a report for some loss ...

This company just provided a report for some loss in my home to my insurance company. Their review was very biased and unprofessional. Most importantly, their final report was full of incorrect statements (the inspector changed the things he heard from me in his report). Also, the way the inspector collected data from my house was very unethical. He went in my house without my consent (while I was working upstairs). I met him outside when he arrived and specifically told him to call me when he needs to go in, but he did not and went in on his own will. In addition, he moved my personal property without my consent in order to take photos. Overall, I do not recommend the business to anyone.
