I canceled with them december 31 2019 papers and confirmation of cancelation came in December 15 2019. January 1 2020 they proceeded to take payment for what would have been new policy if I had stayed with them. Refund was supposed to be sent in 1 week to 10 days today makes 10 buisness days and nothing. 500 dollars just stolen from my account right after christmas holidays
