Small consultation architecture and engineering firm. Not much room for growth, limited benefits and below average pay. Work environment is generally pretty calm and relaxed. Most workers are sociable and easy to get along with. Some funky hierarchy when it comes to how projects are distributed (architects place lightning in projects for example which is odd.) Most work is either restaurant or retail so if another thing like covid hits they will likely do lay offs. Overall a relaxed work place that pays below average especially considering the mediocre benefits that only diminished or got more expensive over time while I was there.
