Initial reception was polite and professional.
Room was crisp, clean and very comfortable.
Hotel issue; significant power outage for more than three hours. Staff handled guests in a polite and courtesy manner. Information re the problem was disseminated to guests when possible with professional aplomb.
In general, I have been fortunate to stayed at this hotel regularly since its opening and have never been disappointed.
