I read an article on the web about Williston lake ...

I read an article on the web about Williston lake in Eastern British columbia . The snows in that area refill the lake in 2 seasons. California may be able to do on a trail basis of BUYING some water from British columbia. And to do a special run trial Using a special train to see if it would possibly help in the future. The water train would start by filling up water in Folsum Resivour. It would be expensive water but with nature, God or any source , ETC not providing us water
during the drought, we need to look at all sources!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This would have to be done on a friends to friends basis and not as anyone suggesting this as a demand!
