This is an absolutely horrendous realtor. They know how to do one thing, and that's to get paid. Every time I had a question or discrepancy while leasing from them, they would just say "I don't know" and refuse to help. I was called mid-lease to ask if I would move to a new unit in exchange for a free month of rent, and they STILL tried to charge me a late fee when I didn't pay for my free month, and "didn't know" what the mix up was. When I couldn't get someone to come fix my heater in the winter, they didn't know why. When my rent randomly went up after two years of the same rate, they had no explanation. When I had realtors from another calling me to ask me to leave my room so they could show it to possible buyers, they didn't know why. Then as I'm finally leaving, the guy who checked me out tells me to just leave my modem and router for the next tenant, so I did. When Charter can't get into the room to get the modem, Northcutt tells me they sold the property, and they had no record of who cleaned my room or who they sold it to, and that they refused to pay for the now lost equipment (costing me $150) because Mr. Northcutt "didn't know" what I was told but it wasn't his problem. After this experience, the only thing I don't know about Northcutt is why people are still leasing from them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
