After 5 cars in 4 years - we finally have purchase...

After 5 cars in 4 years - we finally have purchased our last vehicle from Autoflex. Worst customer service ever.. They signed an IOU to replace tires and then told us it will be WEEKS before they could replaced - leaving the car in the garage unusable. Such a simple solution - that had to be escalated to management, and still took days to resolve. So make sure your care is in PEFECT condition before you leave since they apparently don't care once the deal is closed ! Miss Brian Wagner who would have crawled over broken glass to make sure we were satisfied with the car. Here we come D&M.
