Added misery to our lives. My father passed away in Calgary, he is a canadian citizen. We applied for my brother to get a visa so he can at least attend his memorial, these inconsiderate people denied his application. This caused additional heartache to us and especially my mom. We are well capable of funding his trip and his whole family and career is in the Philippines. All we wanted is to be a complete family for my dad. We are extremely disappointed during this saddest time of our lives.
