This was my first purchase with Vitality Medical and I was pleased with the ordering process as well as the on-time promised shipment, however, once shipment arrived, the item purchased (1 case of Jevity), I noticed that approximately 1/2 the cans in the case was badly bent. It would be better I think if prior to shipping these cases of canned items that they are checked more closely prior to the plastic wrappings. The bent affected cans did not appear to be due to shipping, but more like placed in the case bent, since the bents was on the side of the cans. Other than this issue, I will continue to order as needed, but in hopes that this problem could be resolved.
