Hotel is amazing but I simply can t say the same about some of the staff (with the exception of Melanie, a consierge who graciously accommodated a group of over 20). We were stranded in Germany for multiple days, with the Sheraton being our only viable option for lodging. We were accommodated by Melanie the night prior to our flight, but in the morning we were greeted with a newer, much less satisfactory staff. Greeted at 6:30 in the morning with a condescending tone was not an excellent way to start our trip. Excellent hotel with an extremely convenient location, but overall has a horrible staff. Melanie deserves a promotion!
