We have been members of PSC for many years and loved taking our children here when they were younger. It was also a great place for out-of-town visitors. But in recent years I've noticed a decline in their facilities and especially in their customer service. Employees are not as friendly or helpful as they use to be and many don't act like they enjoy working with the public. I assume this influence is probably coming from the top leadership. There seems to be a MUCH greater emphasis on revenue than on people these days. Odd behavior for a non-profit organization!!
