Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! The worse of the worse home care agency ever!! They were sending home health aides that some would not feed my mother, others have left her alone in the house and neglected my mother! Have put my mother in totally dangerous situations. My mother needs to be attended 24/7 and some of the aides put my mother's health and well being in horrible danger in totally dangerous situations. They should be investigated and shut down! It starts from the HR dept. To the directors, supervisors and coordinators! Please if you truly care about your loved ones do not let this agency care for your loved ones! Don't believe their extremely very few good reviews, now you know why they have so little and so so many bad reviews!! Trust me!!!!
