This is specifically for the security check point woman. Who was young and full of attitude. Initial screening lady told me I could hold my passport while I walk through the body scanner, the other said I have to run it through the belt scanner. Not a big deal, but when I pointed out I was told it was ok, she snapped and said "whatever I say goes, I'm in charge here." Not really necessary to have a power trip over miscommunication between employees.
