We used JVM to purchase our first home, and I cannot thank them enough for such an incredible, exceptional experience. Our realtor connected us with JVM, so we didn t attempt to work with any other lenders, and I have ZERO regrets about that. Throughout the process, we worked with a total of four different JVM reps, from our initial application all the way to the date of closing - Beau, Morgan, Josh, and Jordan (in that order). Their communication is prompt, helpful, and friendly. Their knowledge is superior. Jordan, our mortgage broker, is the one we worked with the most, and he is incredible!! I only wish I got to meet him and everyone else in person. They all ended up feeling like family by the end because of how closely they worked with us, and how happy they were as we completed each phase of the closing process.
