I had an absolute awful experience here and it s not the first time. Dr. Bell is rude, condescending and not compassionate. My dog and I were put in a triage room early since he is such high energy. I m fairly certain we were forgotten about. He had wounds that were triaged but not fully seen. Dr. Ilardi was helpful to us and our triage technician was very nice. There is an overall lack of compassion there. I have had bad experiences there before and can truly say I ll never go back. I only gave one star because that is the lowest you can choose.
