My group and I arrived at the Leavenworth office in the morning to pick up our vouchers for the All Loops tour. The office staff were polite and friendly - and helped us right away with our tickets and explained the bus schedule for the different routes.

We started off with the Golden Gate/Sausalito tour. We boarded the bus right before departure time and found plenty of seats for the 5 of us to sit near each other. Our tour guide, Spencer, was very outgoing and had a great sense of humor. He made the ride enjoyable and relaxing, but also knew so much information about the city and our surroundings. I found myself learning more about the city even though I've lived in the Bay Area my whole life!

We were able to get off at the stop in Sausalito and spent an hour having lunch and shopping. We were able to get right on to another bus and finish the tour back to the starting point.

Later in the day, we also did the Downtown tour. Our tour guide (unfortunately, I forget her name) was new but still very informative and friendly with the group. She interacted with the guests during the tour and, at each of the stops, greeted/thanked every person who got on or off the bus. We left the bus at the first Chinatown stop so we could walk around and explore, and she let us know which ways we could go and where the other nearby Chinatown tour stop was in case we wanted to get back on later.

Unfortunately, we were unable to ride on the Golden Gate Park and Night tours because of dinner reservations, but overall I am very impressed by the tours we did and can happily say we will be back again! Each staff member was helpful and kind and I could tell right away that the company as a whole strives to make sure each guest is accommodated.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday while enjoying the tours and city with my family and friends. City Sightseeing is a great way to explore the city - whether you are visiting San Francisco for the first time or have lived in the area for your whole life, there is always something new to see and learn!
