This was the worse experience I had buying a home!...

This was the worse experience I had buying a home!! Builder nickels and dimes you for every deposit.... please read the fine print when it comes to deposits for upgrades that you have to do because the house basically comes with nothing that doesn't need to be upgraded. Just overall a bad experience I lost 7,000 dollars on my deal because at the last minute the builder wanted to charge me late fees for items I wanted to add. In the end this builder was so bad I walked away from the 7k and chose to buy somewhere else.... Buyer beware!!!!!!
