We've lived at Kits Court on 4th Avenue for the last 18 months and it's been great. Perfect location to be near the beach, wonder along 4th, but also close enough to downtown.
Our apartment is spacious with a view of the mountains and in suite washer/dryer.
Bastion have been really quick and helpful if we have ever needed anything fixed.
I would (and have) recommend this building to friends.
