Deplorable service. Unacceptable waiting times, requests constantly changed, staff very poorly prepared. From time to time we return because of the organic breads, but we always end up feeling uncomfortable. On the last visit, we saw a sad scene of a customer already out of his mind due to a succession of service errors and without a satisfactory response from the management. It is a pity because the space and the products would have the potential to provide a much superior experience with good management.
