I had a very bad experience at your casino in Mount Pleasant Michigan the small casino you guys should announce that you do not celebrate New Year s Eve at the small casino because they did not do the countdown, everyone was wondering what time was it and when will you guys going to do the countdown which never happend. everyone kept asking your staff what time was it and when were they going to do the countdown they said that they believe that the live band was supposed to do the count down which never happened once again but they took more breaks then they played music I love coming to your casino to celebrate New Year s Eve but this was the worst incoming New Year s that I ever had. it was pretty said then your live band had the nerve to announce about seven minutes after midnight oh by the way happy New Year s this is what they said. So you guys need to announce to your guest that you do not celebrate the incoming New Year s at your small casino it would have been very nice if we knew ahead of time so we could ve went across the street to bring in New Year s. you had a lot of very unhappy people at that casino. And your live band was very sad also they were so say said where not one person would get up and dance they did not live anyone up at all it was horrible. So next year if you can let us know if you re not going to celebrate at the small casino will you please let us know ahead of time thank you.
