Awful experience. I agree with the reviews mentioning that this place is money hungry. I went purely for a wisdom tooth consult with Dr Alex, only to get looked over for other things. I have some dental-anxiety and asked to not be poked around as I wasn t prepared (I get faint sometimes and would rather not feel like that today). He went ahead anyway, without any care and was quite rough compared to my usual dentist. I asked to stop, he did and then carried on about other issues. I appreciate the advice but you ve got to listen to your patients requests and treat them with care and respect.

The worst part about this was that after I got upset about the poking around he asked if I d ever looked into seeing a psych?! Because I overreacted . Incredibly rude to say such a thing when you know nothing about a patient, dismissed the warning from the get go and didn t listen to my requests.
