1) They ordered the wrong size dress initially. It was too big so it was sent back and returned but it was never even altered and they didn't check! We had to take it to an outside seamstress to get it taken care of.
2) We ordered the invitations there and they came completely wrong! Missing the date (partially our fault since we signed off on them, but they should catch that MINOR detail!) They charged us full price to reorder and only the top card came the second time! The same price for half the invitation! We got them there because there was a "discount" that we NEVER received.
3) After all this, the owner would not take ANY responsibility for her lack of oversight and poor business ethics. Stay AWAY from this store!!!
