We are devoted kimpton reward members/ guests who try and find this hotel brand in the cities we travel to for business and pleasure. We find there to be a certain high standard at these properties and are rarely disappointed. The staff at the Brice was professional and courteous. The rooms are dated, the hotel smells of dirty dog and mold, the shower trickled and did not drain, the carpets were worn and dirty and even the basic room blinds were broken. i understand many amenities were scaled back due to Covid but providing a clean, updated room with working facilities is just basic.

i would not recommend a stay at this hotel unless other options are unavailable. hopefully the management group will make the needed repairs/updates.

will strongly consider other options should we return to Savannah.
