The customer service here is possibly the worst I ve ever had. I was YELLED at without any reason. I called asking for some help to get an appointment and the woman on the phone screamed at me asking if I was part of the group and when I would fix it if I wasn t. I didn t even have a chance to mention the doctors name nor was I on the phone longer than 10 seconds with her. She yelled the same thing to me over and over again about my Health Group not giving me time to even grab my wallet. Long story short, there are thousands of doctors in California and I d rather use a company and have a doctor that treats me as a human being and not a piece of cash.
