A relative worked for Conti for years. Recently he died and left a big gap in our hearts. Unfortunately we had to make very bad experiences with HR Direkt Conti after that, which annoyed us a lot. We have been waiting for months for outstanding payments, which are delayed despite promises again and again. In addition, the staff of HR Direkt reacted very cheeky and rude to inquiries. The negative highlight was that we were once insulted, what we really wanted. Then the listener was all serious in the middle of a conversation, what my older mother to cry! and brought to despair. I find the behavior of HR Direkt absoulut insensitive and unacceptable !! Nobody deserves such a treatment, let alone the bereaved. Our deceased relative would be very sad if he had witnessed this behavior of insurance from his former employer. It's actually a slap in the face.
