Called this company to do repair on a copy machine...

Called this company to do repair on a copy machine we have in the store. They scheduled a technician and he came and cleaned the machine but would not tell me what parts or any further repairs it required and said the office would contact me with that info and made me sign for the service without any further explanations. I find out a few days later that the machine is too old to be serviced by them for parts. They screwed up and sent a technician to work on a machine that they cannot service. They proceed to charge me almost the full cost of the service. Very deceitful and unprofessional company.
