Terrible customer service. If you call and DEBORAH answers the phone do yourself a favor hang up and call back. My drill less than a year old a battery has failed. This is common for lithium batteries. 15 minutes later Deborah says "I don't need to give you my name sir I am in customer service" for real you can't make this stuff up. Then she said "let me transfer you to a supervisor" minutes later Kim is on the phone she apologizes for Deborah's behavior. If you are a company and you sell defective merchandise number 1 don't be RUDE to your consumers they are the reason you are in business. You make it right. #dontbuyhitachi
