Extremely disappointed in the service with this co...

Extremely disappointed in the service with this company. They came out to do service and took forever to get back to us. Gave us an estimate and said they would be back on a certain day, when they didn't come I had to call them and they said they had something come up that they weren't able to get out that day, but they never communicated that to us.

But the real kicker was the issue with payment. They charged us twice for service and when I called to figure out why they did so, they said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. That was 3 months ago. I have tried calling back 4 times since and left messages and they won't get back. So here we are, they haven't gone back to check the traps they set, and they double charged us.

Terrible service. Extremely upset at the level of communication.
