Leah has been an amazing help as we had a few issues when we first moved-in, none of which were avoidable. She is very quick to respond, keeps in constant contact and remains incredibly positive, even when I've been a difficult customer or the issues have dragged-on. I'd also like to say that Leah is empathetic and understanding, which makes her very easy to talk to and consequently approachable. We have a nightmare neighbour who causes upset and distress, without Leah we might have given up what has turned out to be a terrific place to live.
