The 2 stars I can give is for the nursing that unfolds to attend us promptly with care and attention is also for the kitchen staff who made me feel better despite the pain post surgery, to them I leave my thanks and eternal gratitude. The good work ended there, since the day of the interview with the anesthetist very unprepared receptionists, all the patients scheduled at the same time, where it is crowding people, receptionist of the hospitalization a blonde who made sure not to remember the name rude, spoke loudly about internal problems with other collaborators, even with my document in the hand filled my wrong name only realized when I had finished, people who helped me in the room post surgery very attentive but visibly exhausted due to lack of staff, room service even going bad my doctor authorized medication refused to medicate, the professional still commented that the person next door who had undergone the same surgery was great (no one is equal to anyone). Finally the day I was discharged the head nurse refused to assist in the bath and make dressings because the form the doctor prescribed was not the usual.
