When I walked up to counter, the representative was frantic and kept typing and running off without a greeting or acknowledgement. I bought a service plan with vehicle and was there for an hour and a half for an oil change. When I went up to find out how much longer, she again was so preoccupied with the computer I wasn t sure if I should go back and sit down or wait for her to speak to me. Then abruptly she placed a form in front of me to sign and said happy holidays and handed me my keys. Would be great to have her say, you are almost set, I am preparing your receipt right now. Wish I had not financed a service plan from them.
