Really horrible experience with this firm. They have some senior executives whom are very knowledgeable and sell their services well, however if you are a small business (under 5 million) stay away at all costs. Lack of responsiveness, extremely questionable billing practices, and overall general incompetence. Pretty certain we would have been better off with turbotax - really that horrible.
