Well my wife hooked me up with just the casual shirts and hats for christmas. Guess it was a nightmare cause I heard about it the entire night. Here's the jist. She ordered a few shirts and hats weeks ago and was repeatedly called back to change the order because they were sold out. Finally a sales rep contacted her saying she would mail the order out today in time for christmas. My wife didnt receive the order and 7 days later got another call to change the order again. The sales rep offered this time to personally deliver the items at this point to ensure they'd be here for christmas just needed a few details on location. My wife didnt hear back for another 2 days. Finally gets another call saying she will be able to meet and bring the product. This is after my wife asked for repeated refunds which they tried to ensure they would get the items and throw in a few for the trouble. Cool. Finally get the items and the hats were good, one shirt was good but the other shirt and hoodie were definately not made to specs. The one shirts kneck was large enough you could see half way down my chest and the hoodie somehow had one arm to small. Im not a big guy but one made me look all fit and cut the other looked like I was just out for a strole. We all got a good laugh on both. Needless to say I think the hunting contact they create is great, I have never tried the supplements so no opinion, but the clothing line needs some tightening up on the production side with there vendors as well as the customer service side regarding communication. Giving a 2 for the two good hats and one goof shirt. Taking away the other three for the fact my wife told me this story 7 times so there was really an issue.
