A big thank you to Kirstin who was our advisor on our very complex case.

Unfortunately I had received incorrect legal advice by so-called legal professionals

Due to the advice I was given, it resulted in a significant but unintentional overstay in the UK. To attempt to resolve this, it would not be straight forwards (or cheap!!) plus it isn t an easy task to find a law firm that we would be able to trust with our hard earned cash.

We had numerous consultations with immigration solicitor firms, however my gut instinct was with Westkin after speaking with Kirstin. She was the most thorough in her explanations, whilst keeping everything as simple as possible. I also felt that she would do her upmost to ensure my husband had the best possible chance compared to some of the other firms who came across as dismissive.

I case could have been perceived as deceptive by the home office however Kirstin managed to gather sufficient evidence that this was further from the truth. It was a long and agonising wait, but I finally received his Visa! Without Kirstin, I believe that our case wouldn t have been successful
