Poor follow up with issues. We were told at check in that we had to provide a credit card for any additional services we want. We said we didn't want to and if we did do anything we would pay cash. They told us this was not an option and they had to ha e a credit card on file. We gave them one to use and they told us it didn't work but they would put a not on our account saying we would pay cash for any services. When we got to our room I pulled up our accounts to double check and found they had charged us over $300. I went back the next morning and followed up. They told us the credit card on file was optional (against what we had been told previously). They also said they would get it fixed right away. The next day there was no change with the account so we went back. They said since it was now Saturday and accounting is closed they would not be able to start looking in to it till Monday and we should have it resolved within 24 to 48 hours of that point. I asked why they didn't look at it Friday when we came in and they said no one had told them to. I guess the rep we talked to just thought it would go away on its own. I then had to provide bank statements and a copy of our credit card. The process so far has taken up several hours and left me feeling upset during my whole stay. Now after dealing with this for 4 days they still don't have a resolution and say the system never showed a charge so they have to dig more in to what I was charged at check in.
