Very very disappointed, I have been badly treated ...

Very very disappointed, I have been badly treated as a customer from the very start. Everything has been a problem.
Started with my installation after I spoke to so many people advising them I have my own router, then I get the incorrect invoices and the run around.
It eventually got resolved and my install was done. The technician made a comment though that we were labeled as difficult customers.
After this I got an invoice I called in and asked what this was for and was advised I have to pay my fiber upfront, but upon me calling to take the fiber I was advised my first payment will only be month end, none the less I made the payment, but my ref was accidentally wrong, they then allocated it to another account and set up a debit order to go off on the 15th, without my consent or approval or calling me, this also after I was advised due to being a new client I can make both my payments end October with no issues, now my bank account is in the minus and I am sitting with the penalties - AFTER I MADE PAYMENT... This is highly disgusting service, if I had the choice to use another SP I would - AVOID !!!!
