Carmel Car Service told me on Monday, March 11, 2019 that they guaranteed a car and driver to be at my home on WEDNESDAY, March 13, 2019 to take me to Chelsea, where I was to board a bus for Washington, DC.

On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, Robert from Carmel Car Service phoned me 10 MINUTES before the scheduled pick up to tell me that the five drivers he had available did not want to pick me up and he had no plan to send anyone in the near future.

Carmel Car Service took credit card money for this trip on Monday, March 11, 2019.

This is not car service. Carmel has a chronic habit of abandoning passengers after taking their money. I wish I could leave less than one star rating.
