This "company" is terrible. I am on my final straw...

This "company" is terrible. I am on my final straw. EVERYONE (including the drivers) knows how terrible this "company" is. It's even notorious for it high turn over rate.They fail to show up on time consistently. They either come TWO hours before you need to picked up. So if you need to at work at 8a.m. you need to be ready by 5 a.m. because they can and WILL show up at your house at six in the morning. Then the driver fails to locate your house and notes you as a "NO SHOW' and three "NO SHOWS" and you are kicked off the bus route for a month. The next time it is 90 days! In the afternoon they can and WILL pick you up and hour and a half after your shift, and half the time they are STILL late. So if you something should come up and you have a place to go an hour later TOO BAD, because after three you must have called in to drop out your pick up. AND the times from 12-3p.m. is hard to get through due to the high calls of customers. And it's always the same lame excuse "the buses broke down again". Yes, the buses break down a lot (they refuse to spend money on fixing these old buses), but sometimes they are lying. Because other customers will tell you they got picked up by that particular bus. So you know it was the driver failing to pick you up. I have been late to work, and have called in NUMEROUS times due to the fact that TAPS fails to get their problems corrected. Some people have been fired from JOBS due to this reason. I am at the risk of losing my job, and I'm pregnant!!!!! They give you a complaint line, but no one does anything about it. They've known about these problems, but the main man (from what I am hearing from the employees and other customers) is in La-La Land. He is completely and utterly unaware of the issues that is going on in the Sherman-Denison area! I am also hearing that TAPS is going broke? LOL REALLY? No kidding? Maybe you'd make more money if you catered to your customers in the correct way. TAPS has a terrible reputation here, that is why hardly anyone rides it's routes.

You may think I am ranting. Yes, but every bit of my rant is true, and everyone in this area knows that everything I stated about this company is one hundred percent factual. This "company" doesn't even deserve a star. It's a disgrace!

I also had to comeback to note. That something fishy is going on because only six people have commented on this company? In three years? Come on now. TAPS who are you kidding? Everyone despises this company.
