I placed an order YA16985389 of 05/11, after having sent the documents 3 times, the order was reported processed on 30/11, it was shipped with Bartolini but the shipping number was not specified, after 6 days I received nothing yet and Bartolini normally delivers in 24/48 hours finds no shipment, the phone is always busy, do not respond to emails, to the form from the site or even to pec. I have opened a paypal dispute, I will also make a complaint to the competent bodies.
