We booked an appointment, turned up early, the week we get a message from Ali saying she is running 10 minutes late, so we wait 15 minutes then get another email saying that we missed the appointment. No phone call or email stating she was there. We called and the receptionist simply said she might be able to do another day. Very disappointed with the poor and unprofessional service, we both took time off work to come and view the apartment.
