I bought 2 TVs from this retailer and the experience was and still is extremely unpleasant in the sense that one of the delivered TVs was ok but the other one came with the broken screen (packaged, sealed, etc.); as the delivery took place after 22:00, at the end of the week, the people at the delivery recommended me to contact their call center colleagues at the beginning of the next week, what I did, but inform me that this way of unpleasant incidents are known to them, that is, they often "deliver" damaged products. PACKAGED (!) And here's the beating of the game: on Monday morning they send an e-mail to their general contact address and a message written on the contact section on site; because I did not receive any response until about 3 pm, I decided to contact her by phone, responding to a very contradictory director because I did not know about the maximum 24-hour deadline to answer ... buuuun! starting on the next day, on Tuesday and up to now, I think I've written over 5-7 emails and I've over 10 phones to get a response, point of view, anything ... which I do not have I was just lying ruefully every time I was contacted by the emergency! Most likely I will recover the damage by other legitimate methods of course.
