After having a 1hr screening over the phone with my physician's office, and having the screening lead to questions to rule out the possibility of a stroke and dehydration, I was referred to this location.

I disclosed all my symptoms to the RN, and waited over two hours.

Once the physician was able to see me, all my symptoms (vertigo, dizziness, migraine, nausea, eye pressure) were dismissed and his response was "so, you're here today to just do the swab (COVID)?"

Today, I log into the system to see if my results are up and I notice so much information on my chart is wrong:
- it stated I presented myself for a COVID exam
- that I disclosed medical information I never had, so I don't even know why that was logged
- my height was wrong
- and they logged my weight as being 25lbs heavier
- having the diagnosis of "overweight" skew the rest of my results (BMI, Physical exam)

The whole experience was not only dismissive but incredibly incompetent.

TL;DR if you're experiencing concerning issues, skip this place. Unless you just want a COVID test pushed on you and your concerns dismissed.
