Absolutely terrible. The Finance Manager tried to explain to me that I didn't qualify for 0% APR because of my lack of loan history and that if I took on a higher interest loan that I would be able to qualify down the line. Then magically, when I tried to leave I qualified for 0% APR. They may call this "negotiating", but I prefer to call this fraud. He absolutely tried to take advantage of me because of my young age. The finance manager should absolutely be fired for pulling stunts like this. You can bet that I will be filing my complaint with the BBB and i recommend never buying from the crooks.
