If you are debating a Bridal Salon - I can assure you this is 1000 times better than anywhere you have been. Don t believe me - just walk in and meet the ladies. They made me feel beautiful and confident ... when I didn t. Let s be honest - wedding dress shopping can be a horrible experience just as well as amazing.
Shopping for a wedding dress is a crucial experience when you re a bride. Let these ladies give you the best experience and let yourself feel beautiful and like you re shopping with your mom and sister ( but wayyyy less judgmental than your actual mom and sister lol)

Here is my experience/rating :

I would give Bella Mia a 10/5 if I could. Even though BM caters to plus size beauties, they were more than happy to order in my David Tutera dream dress.
I was living in Texas and had a horrible experience with paperwork in the US. I was unable to get my dress when I needed to, but they were more than accommodating and genuinely cared about me. When I did come to get my Dress... Hurricane Harvey happened and I had to go home to take care of our flooded Car! Bella Mia were so unbelievably understanding and told me to do what I need to and they will hold my dress for me! And they did. They called to make sure I was ok. These ladies - mother and daughter team treated me like I was family, not a client. They were the only thing that went right during the wedding planning. I couldn t imagine going anywhere else and if anyone is debating Bella Mia over another place, the service is better than anywhere I have ever heard of or could imagine. Trust me. When you re planning a wedding - one less stress is always a good thing! Thanks ladies for being so wonderful. Don t ever ever change. Keep making all brides of all sizes and shapes feel as beautiful as they are. Also - they were 1000% right about the veil they chose for me. Even though my mom pushed me to get one ( like moms do) thier choice really made my dress look even better!!!
But most of all - I thank them for being honest and telling me what they thought really looked good and what didn t. I love that they weren t looking for a sale but just genuinely trying to make me look like a rockstar on my day and didn t push me to buy anything.
I love you guys!!! I ll send Bella Mia pics of my wedding day! I don t want to say I looked better than a movie star ( but I did hahaha) or at least I felt it. I felt the way a bride should. I couldn t stop smiling. I thought of the two Bella Mia ladies smiling at me when I tried my dress on... as I walked down the aisle. I have full confidence that all Bella Mia brides feel that way on their special day.
Next time I am in Hamilton - I will go by to visit with all my pics!
I have 1000% confidence in thier online extension to thier business. I know they are honestly and genuinely care about brides and making them look fabulous and being happy on thier day.

Also - getting my dream dress less expensive than any store literally in all of Ontario was also a huge bonus. Yes... I was that bride that called all the stores that carried David Tutera to find out how to get the dress from the bridal magazine and how to get it at a decent price. That s may have also been why I love them so much!! Hahaha weddings are expensive! Be prepared to spend at least 5k more than you could imagine. Save where and when you can!! Thanks Bella Mia!! Xoxox
