There is no customer service and shipping prices are through the roof. I know where the parts are manufactured that I want and they're in my town but yet it's going to cost me 40% of the parts cost to have them shipped across town!! Without customer service or an option to pick up this company has left me very disappointed. And I've used them for years happily until now.
