power outage at 9pm a day before costumer service ...

power outage at 9pm a day before costumer service said will be fixed by 11pm
guess what next day at 10am still nobody on it / costumer service won't respond since it's saturday...
very unprofessional and how about that my 3 fridge start defrosting and all food will be bad??? they don't care but if you forget paying your bill one month they treating you with disconnecting...how about in situations like this I would appreciate a $200 gift card to cover partial my food waste... they have insurance no?!?!
