We brought our dog in after some urination issues that we felt could not wait until the next day. We were admitted to a room quickly. We ended up waiting a while to see the vet, but that is the nature of the beast in this sort of work. Our dog was full of energy and feeling generally fine, so I absolutely understand when there are other animals requiring life or death treatment that we may have to wait a while. Once we did see our vet she was courteous and explained her thoughts as she was running through her diagnosis. She did not try to push us to get any extra tests that she did not feel were necessary, and was able to identity the aliment and get us the needed medication. It was a long night, but the team at Orchard Park Veterinary Center were very welcoming and understanding.
