Worst company ever to deal with. Told me they couldn't see if they received my gap warranty refund from the dealership EVER since my account has been closed but I would receive it from them in 45 days once they receive it. Well how would I ever be able to know the estimated time if u can't tell if you have even received it from the dealership yet. And there interest rates are a joke. I have over a 700 credit score and great pay history with a long credit history and they gave us an 18%. We refinanced shortly afterwards due to this. And the customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and very rude... Plus pushy to get me off the phone.
