I went here on a recommendation from a local deale...

I went here on a recommendation from a local dealership that no longer does auto body repair. The quality of the work is average at best. The professionalism of the person I dealt with was worse and the value for your or your insurance companies dollar is atrocious. They made little effort to accommodate the replacement of aftermarket parts that were covered under my policy so much so I had to source them out of pocket before they would even make an appointment. When it was supposed to be done it wasn't for another day and a half. When I arrived to pick it up they wouldn't release my keys until I paid a deductible that was never due to begin with. That took 45 minutes to resolve since it was after 5:00pm and my insurance company "wasn't available."

I would never recommend them to anyone. One would think a national chain would offer good service. If you're like me and your car is more than just transportation than a locally owned body shop is the only place to go, the quality of the work and service you receive are miles above what this place has to offer.
